Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct supervision and support for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will help maintain structure, supervise meals, and assist with therapeutic programming across multiple sites.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and relevant behavioral health experience. The Maryland-based position offers evening hours (7:30pm–8:00am, three nights per week) with potential weekend/holiday

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Washington state credential may be required depending on location.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management and daily program structure adherence.
• Observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Group facilitation and documentation in the EHR.
• Meal support and mealtime coaching with patients.
• Provide patient transportation and assist with transportation needs as required.
• Complete all documentation and administrative tasks related to shift.
