Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide supervision, meal support, and help implement therapeutic programming across multiple locations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a bachelor’s in behavioral health or related field, and at least one year of direct patient care. Valid driver’s license and ServSafe may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience (required).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations (required).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record (required where location requires driving).
• State credential as applicable (e.g., Washington) may be pending at time of hire (required).

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and ensuring daily program structure.
• Complete observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Group facilitation and compliant documentation in the EHR.
• Meal support and supervising meals and snacks with patients.
• Provide patient transportation and assist with other facility needs.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
