Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking Program Coordinators (I, II, III) in Washington to provide direct care and supervision across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. The role supports structured milieu, meal oversight, and therapeutic programming per individualized plans.

Positions require education ranging from a high school diploma to a bachelor’s in behavioral health, with state credentialing where applicable and flexibility to work weekends and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (Required)

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management and maintain daily program structure
• Complete observation rounds and safety checks
• Provide meal support and supervise meals and snacks with treatment team
• Support group-based activities and documentation in EHR
• Complete required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide patient transportation for medical appointments (as applicable)
• Distribute mail and packages daily
• Be available to work weekends and holidays as required
