Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Maryland seeks a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. The role covers supervision, meal support, and care delivery with flexible, PRN hours across multiple sites.

The position requires a minimum of one year of direct patient care, a behavioral health degree, and a valid driver’s license. ServSafe certification may be required depending on location and licensing rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management with daily program structure.
• Observe rounds and safety checks per physician.
• Provide meal support and supervision during meals and snacks.
• Documentations in EHR and care notes.
• Transport patients to medical appointments as needed.
• Support group facilitation and outings.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
