ERC Pathlight in Maryland is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will provide supervision, milieu support, and meal assistance while ensuring documentation and safety protocols are followed.

The role requires flexibility to work across multiple ERC Pathlight locations, with certifications and credentials as outlined for each level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of direct patient care experience (PC II) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (PC III) required.

Responsibilities

• Direct care for inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients.
• Provide patient supervision and milieu support.
• Documentation in EHR for group facilitation and care events.
