Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide direct care and supervision to patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. The role maintains a safe, structured milieu while supporting individualized treatment plans and meal support.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, documentation in the EHR, and coordination of transport and meals. Washington credentialing and ServSafe requirements may apply; some locations require weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred (Required).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Washington state credential required (may be pending).
• ServSafe certification may be required by state/local regs (Required).
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu per treatment plan.
• Assist with mealtime support and required documentation.
• Provide patient transportation and support logistics as needed.
• Complete required documentation in EHR and regulatory standards.
