Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Maryland is seeking Program Coordinators (PC I-III) to provide direct care and supervision to patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels, maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu.

The role involves essential duties such as documentation, meal support, and coordinating transportation, with eligibility across multiple levels based on education and experience. Competitive benefits are offered in Maryland.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required) for PC I/II.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (Required for PC III).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu while supporting individualized treatment plans.
• Complete required documentation and EHR entries related to care and groups.
• Assist with meals and meal-related support aligned with the treatment team.
• Provide patient transportation for medical appointments when applicable.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
