Job summary

Teel Plastics seeks a night shift supervisor to lead the 7am-7am rotating schedule (2-2-3), including every other weekend. You will drive safety, quality, LEAN and Six Sigma initiatives on the shift, manage daily production plans, and analyze shift recap data to identify improvements.

You will oversee staffing, conduct interviews, provide feedback, and train employees, while coordinating maintenance, inventory controls, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a technical leader, including leading weekend shifts.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role and ability to lead a team.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and direct others.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift, execute daily production plan focusing on safety, quality, and LEAN.
• Analyze shift recap data and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing, conduct interviews, and handle training plans.
• Monitor metrics, post visual manufacturing metrics, and lead lean quality teams.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and inventory controls.
