Job summary

Teel Plastics, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (7pm-7am, rotating 2-2-3 with every other weekend) at 1060 Teel Court, Baraboo, WI. The role leads the shift, drives safety, quality and lean manufacturing, analyzes data, and implements continuous improvements to meet production plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical leadership, 2+ years in supervision, strong communication, and experience with ERP and Teelios/VM systems. EEO/AAP/Protected Veteran Employer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical leader, including leading weekend shifts.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience holding teams accountable and achieving goals.
• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels and departments.
• Formal LEAN/Six Sigma training preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and execute the daily production plan for Safety, Quality and Lean manufacturing.
• Analyze shift recap data and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Manage staffing and performance for the shifts within our skills-based wage program.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering action requests and communicate needs.
• Lead lean 5S activities and participate in safety programs.
