Job summary

US Modules is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a night shift (Thu–Sat and alternate Wed), 6pm–6am, to oversee a production line and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. The role involves leading a team, coordinating with departments, and maintaining lean practices on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in manufacturing supervision, knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, and strong communication skills in English. High school diploma or engineering-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing knowledge and TPM/Six Sigma exposure.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Experience supervising a production shift and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a production shift and ensure safety and adherence to standards.
• Monitor daily production and respond to product/process concerns.
• Lead and train employees to meet machinery safety and qualification requirements.
• Communicate results and issues to shift staff and management.
