Job summary

Carey International Group, LLC is seeking a night shift supervisor to oversee production from 6pm to 6am on Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday. You will lead a team, ensure safety, and coordinate with other departments to meet daily and weekly objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, at least five years of supervisory experience, and practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a production shift.
• Monitor and respond to daily product and process concerns.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems.
• Ensure employees are trained and qualified before operating machinery.
• Provide leadership and foster positive staff relationships.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals.
• Communicate results and issues to shift staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly objectives.
• Submit performance and progress reports.
• Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
