Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a motivated 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight production operations within our folding carton manufacturing facility. This role focuses on safety, quality, training, development, and productivity across the shift.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach teams, monitor performance data, and ensure adherence to Lean practices. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays, 9:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing techniques preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer proficiency.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and influence employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the cutting, finishing, and forming departments.
• Manage department operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive performance.
• Assess employee performance and training needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide coaching, training, development, and regular performance feedback to team members.
• Analyze production and department performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce safe work practices and lead daily safety discussions.
• Provide direction and support to ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Lead monthly department meetings focused on safety, quality, productivity, and process improvements.
