Job summary

Leggett & Platt Incorporated is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee night-shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time product flow. You will lead a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, drive improvements, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

You will coordinate with Safety/Environmental Director, Master Scheduler, and maintenance to optimize departments, train staff, and uphold TPM standards, while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing process used by the company.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Good communication skills and the ability to motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify and stop further processing of non-conformances related to products, processes, or the quality systems.
• Take action to prevent non-conformities related to the product produced, services provided or the ISO 9001:2015 management system.
• Make suggestions for improvement and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Oversee employees and work with other supervisors in the departments.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and tools they need.
• Schedule and organize product flow to meet department and Branch goals.
