Mondelez International is seeking a hands-on production leader to oversee a shift and drive Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and People performance across a production area. You will coach teams, manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle, and use Lean/IL6S/TPM practices to sustain and improve results.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to prioritize quickly, and experience in a union environment where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience (food CPG strongly preferred).
• Supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong technical aptitude + shop-floor confidence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital production systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead line startup, shutdown, and changeovers with speed and discipline.
• Drive throughput, minimize downtime, reduce waste, and lift OEE.
• Coach teams daily on safety, quality, and process improvements.
• Lead Kaizens and breakdown elimination initiatives to sustain improvements.
