Mondelez International is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to run production operations and deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery and sustainability targets on the night shift. You will drive Lean and Six-Sigma initiatives, coach frontline leaders, and ensure governance to sustain best-in-class performance across the plant.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in a manufacturing setting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid foundational education in science,

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six-Sigma knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form; capable of coaching and leading teams.
• Demonstrated analytics, problem solving and team-building abilities; engineering mindset with financial & business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM).
• Drive implementation of IL6S, Lean, and Six-Sigma programs across operating lines.
• Coach line leaders, cascade plans and maintain governance to improve safety, quality, cost and delivery.
