Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a leadership-level technician to operate and maintain line equipment, driving safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance. You will model proactive maintenance, coach teams, and lead root-cause analysis to sustain and improve plant results.

You will ensure proper safety practices (LOTO, safety maps) and allocate resources during shifts, with a focus on zero-harm and high-quality output across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous and progressive maintenance (AM/PM) standards.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach operators.
• Six Sigma knowledge and project experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience influencing in a union environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance, RCA, and loss analysis.
• Coordinate resources for shift execution and line performance.
• Coach and train team members to improve process reliability.
