Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a seasoned manufacturing leader to drive production operations in the United States. You will deliver safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while advancing a lean, line-centric organization across the plant.

Responsibilities include coaching line leaders, implementing continuous improvement, and ensuring governance and compliance with food safety, GMP, and business policies. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 8+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a CPG environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma principles.
• Proven ability to coach and develop line leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Implement and sustain Lean/6 Sigma improvements and Line-Centric organization.
