Mondelēz International is seeking a Plant Operations Leader to manage manufacturing operations in Idaho and deliver SQCDSM targets. You will drive Lean Six Sigma-based improvements, coach line Leaders, and ensure robust governance to sustain a zero-loss mindset.

You will partner with multi-functional teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals while building a high-performing organization with strong talent development.
