Mondelēz International in the United States seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to drive operations in a plant, delivering safety, quality, cost and productivity targets. You will implement the manufacturing strategy and build a high-performing organization.

You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives (IL6S, TPM, 5S), coach line leaders, ensure compliance with food safety, GMP and other standards, and collaborate across functions to achieve targets and engage the workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience within a supply chain or manufacturing environment; 2+ years of Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma experience preferred.
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) proficiency required.
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule, with flexibility to adjust coverage as operational needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change in operating teams implementing Lean/Six Sigma journey, TPMS, and a line-centric organization.
• Coach Line Leaders, cascade plans and KPIs to employees for alignment on priorities.
• Establish governance to review and improve operational performance and embed a zero-loss mindset.
• Drive improvements to technology, culture, and systems for reliable plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and other standards; support audits and governance.
