Mondelēz International is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive plant performance across SQCDSM targets and lead a high-performing organization. You will implement the manufacturing strategy, coach line teams, and ensure governance for continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years in manufacturing/supply chain, proficiency in HACCP, and willingness to work night shifts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, or related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience within a supply chain or manufacturing environment; 2+ years of Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma experience preferred.
• HACCP proficiency required.
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule, with flexibility to adjust coverage as operational needs require.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production operations and achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and sustainability targets.
• Establish governance to review and improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop line leaders to align plans, targets, and KPIs site-wide.
• Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, health, safety and environmental standards.
