Nestlé is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift in a high-volume facility, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coach a diverse team, manage staffing and training, and drive continuous improvement using TPM/Lean methods.

Responsibilities include meeting production plans, coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering, and maintaining documentation. Travel is minimal. This role requires 2+ years in food manufacturing and a 3rd shift schedule.

Competenze

• 2+ years in food manufacturing with production floor experience.
• Experience in food processing, packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and GMPs.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement environment (Lean manufacturing or TPM preferred).
• Lead safely through strong housekeeping, safety practices, and risk awareness.
• Communicate effectively across audiences through clear speaking, writing, listening, coaching, and information sharing.

• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and other support teams to resolve issues, improve line performance, and ensure smooth handoffs between shifts.
• Support reliable operations by ensuring the right skills, resources, equipment readiness, and maintenance priorities are in place to meet business needs.
• Lead change effectively, including new product launches, process improvements, and business priorities, while maintaining employee engagement and operational discipline.
• Maintain accurate documentation, clear communication, and timely escalation of key issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Travel requirement: 5%.
• Deliver scheduled production on time, within cost, and to quality standards.
• Support area budget and capital planning while identifying productivity improvements.
