Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (6:45pm–7am on a 2-2-3 schedule). This role supervises hourly employees across blow-molded container production, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or related operations experience and at least two years in a manufacturing supervisory role, with strong leadership, communication, and problem–solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related operations experience required.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff across all manufacturing stages.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMP and company policies.
• Manage shift operations, training, and performance.
• Oversee labor utilization, inventory control, and plant productivity.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors, and customers.
