Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) to lead hourly manufacturing teams in blow molding. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, manage labor and inventory, and report on shift performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent operations experience, plus at least 2 years in a supervision/management capacity in manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container manufacture.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping and training on shift.
• Maintain shift documentation and compliance with CQI goals.
