Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Evansville, Indiana. The role oversees hourly personnel from 7PM to 7AM on a rotating schedule, covering safety, quality, training, and shift performance.

You will drive efficiency, manage staffing, and ensure compliance with GMP and company policies while supporting CQI efforts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations experience and at least two years in a supervisory role within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience required; or an equivalent combination of education and operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership.
• Regular, predictable attendance and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of blow-molded container manufacturing.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMP policies, and company procedures on shift.
• Manage shift staffing, training, and performance documentation.
• Oversee inventory, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination for CQI.
• Review time records, participate in safety meetings, and drive shift CQI actions.
