Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift. You will supervise hourly employees across blow-molded container production, enforcing safety, quality, and company policies while managing staffing, training, and performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and/or related operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity preferred. Expect a 648pm–7am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule and opportunities to improve production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience is required.
• 2+ years’ supervisory or management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all stages of blow molding container production.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMP, and company policies on shift.
• Manage shift staffing, training, and performance; ensure productivity and labor utilization.
