Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in York, PA (Windsor Street) seeks a Production Supervisor for day shift (7am–7pm) on a 2/2/3 schedule. You will supervise hourly workers across blow molded container production, emphasizing safety, quality, customer service, housekeeping and training.

Leadership, policy adherence, shift documentation and collaboration with managers, vendors and customers are essential. You will drive CQI initiatives, manage staffing and inventory, and help meet production and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years in an operations supervisory or management role with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly production staff across all blow molding operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping and training on shift.
• Attend and lead shift and safety meetings; document shift decisions and status.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and machine utilization to meet goals.
