Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly manufacturing teams, ensuring safety, quality and efficient operations on a day shift (6:45am–7:00pm) on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will manage shift staff, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations experience, with strong leadership and communication skills to interact with managers, vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related operations experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, GMP and company policies are followed.
• Hire, transfer, suspend, promote and discipline per policies.
