Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on the York, PA shift. You will supervise hourly staff across all blow-molded container production, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement on the 7am-7pm, 2/2/3 schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent operations experience and bring proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all production processes.
• Enforce safety, quality, GMP policies and company procedures.
• Manage shift staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor machine utilization and production metrics to meet targets.
• Prepare shift documentation and CQI reporting and participate in meetings.
