Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Modesto, CA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee hourly workers on a night shift (11pm–7:30am) in blow-molded container manufacturing. Responsibilities include safety, quality, training, and shift leadership.

You will enforce policies, manage staffing, oversee equipment, and drive continuous improvement through shift documentation and meetings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years in manufacturing supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and related operations experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and housekeeping on shift.
• Hire, transfer, discipline or adjust staff following policies.
• Ensure training and development of shift personnel.
• Review time records and manage shift staffing.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
