Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator Lead for nights to partner with the Production Supervisor on daily floor operations. You will help ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met while coordinating with the prior shift and managing line changeovers.

The role requires strong manufacturing experience, people management skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining Niagara’s GMP and Food Safety standards on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a field or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years of experience in the specified position.
• 4+ years of experience managing people or projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput standards.
• Communicate shift challenges and opportunities to prepare for the next shift.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs to verify safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assist with batching minerals and prepping lines for scheduled changeovers.
• Order and inspect raw materials before changeovers; perform first-pass quality checks.
• Verify job details in Oracle, WMS, and Line Management System.
• Support hourly/end-of-shift production reports and performance metrics.
