Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator Lead for Nights (2-2-3) at the Pittsburgh plant. You will collaborate with the Production Supervisor to ensure safety, quality, and throughput on the production floor, while preparing lines for scheduled changeovers and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with a strong emphasis on GMP and food safety standards. Join a team focused on performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; strong safety and quality focus.
• 4 years experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience managing people/projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities and safety/quality goals.
• Coordinate with prior shift to relay challenges and prep for the next shift.
• Conduct safety, housekeeping, and quality walkthroughs during the shift.
• Order and inspect raw materials for changeovers and ensure correct inventory.
