Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly with visual and physical inspection of product.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain general housekeeping in all production areas.
• Ensure adequate raw materials to minimize downtime on lines.
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Maintain a regular and predictable attendance and work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
