Job summary

Niagara Bottling is hiring a Production Operator Lead (Nights) to support the Production Supervisor on the factory floor. You will drive safety, quality and throughput while coordinating with teams on the night shift.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving and clear communication to ensure smooth changeovers and accurate reporting. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience in the position.
• 4+ years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities to ensure safety, quality and throughput.
• Communicate shift handoffs and issues from the previous shift.
• Perform safety, housekeeping and quality checks throughout the shift.
• Prepare lines for scheduled changeovers and verify material inventories.
• Inspect raw materials and perform first pass quality checks after changeovers.
• Verify jobs in Oracle / WMS / Line Management System.
• Support hourly/end-of-shift production reporting and downtime analysis.
