Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator Lead for night shifts (2-2-3) to work alongside the Production Supervisor on the manufacturing floor. This role ensures safety, quality, and throughput targets are met while coordinating daily shift activities and changeovers.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage materials and perform quality checks across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment required.
• Experience managing people and projects preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities and safety, quality, throughput.
• Coordinate with prior shift to address challenges and prepare for the next shift.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs for safety, housekeeping, and quality checks.
• Prepare lines for changeovers and batch minerals as needed.
• Ensure correct materials in systems and perform first-pass quality checks.
• Support hourly production reporting and downtime analysis.
