Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator Lead (Nights) to support daily production operations on the night shift. You will work with the Production Supervisor to ensure safety, quality, and throughput objectives are met while maintaining GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating shift activities, communicating handoffs, conducting safety checks, and assisting with changeovers and material batching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• 4 years – experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Communicate shift-to-shift handoffs and address line challenges.
• Conduct safety, housekeeping, and quality walkthroughs.
• Assist with changeovers, mineral batching, and preparing lines for changes.
• Verify jobs in Oracle, Warehouse Management System, and Line Management System.
• Support supervisor with hourly and end-of-shift production reports.
