Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift to manage daily production on the floor, ensure safety, quality, and throughput, and maintain GMP and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections, complete production reports, and assist with minor line troubleshooting while supporting a rolling 2-2-3 schedule. A strong commitment to safety and quality is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.
• Experience in field manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates production line(s) to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Completes hourly quality and production reports.
• Performs visual and physical inspection to prevent non-conforming goods.
• Reports quality defects to shift leadership promptly.
• Adheres to GMP, food safety standards and safety programs.
• Maintains housekeeping and ensures adequate raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Delivers relief coverage and can troubleshoot minor production issues.
