Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Supervisor for night shifts. You will lead the assigned shift, ensure safety, quality, and throughput, and coordinate with departments to meet production and customer deadlines.

The role requires coaching, recruitment support, and the ability to manage downtime and changeovers. Ideal candidates have strong leadership with 4+ years in manufacturing, experience supervising people, and a dedication to GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience in the position.
• 4+ years experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities of the assigned shift to meet safety, quality, and throughput.
• Maintain positive relationships and promote a safe, engaging work environment.
• Analyze production schedule and adjust assignments to meet targets.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to meet customer deadlines.
