Novae, based in Markle, IN, is seeking a Supervisory leader to oversee manufacturing processes and staff. You will drive efficient, safe production while coaching and developing personnel to meet quality standards.

Your role includes scheduling, training on policies, and maintaining adherence to procedures. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or experience in the management field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Visual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Managerial and leadership abilities.
• Highly motivated and goal oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staffing by screening, interviewing and selecting production employees.
• Communicate job expectations, mission, and goals to staff.
• Ensure new hires are trained on policies and procedures.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees to follow policies.
• Build rapport with team and provide feedback (formal and informal).
• Investigate issues, identify solutions, and implement actions.
• Track quality issues involving trailers and production data.
• Report performance using key KPI data.
• Create and adjust weekly production schedules.
• Develop systems and procedures by analyzing practices and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Keep up with professional and technical knowledge.
• Track absenteeism and timekeeping.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
