Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team, managing task assignments, performance tracking, and absences to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality, adherence to quality standards, and timely production goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to meet shift-level quality and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate employee training and development, ensuring team members are equipped with necessary skills to meet operational standards.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and initiate corrective actions for deviations from standards.
• Identify and resolve production issues, promoting continuous improvement and process enhancements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and supporting professional growth.
• Encourage a high-performance culture through coaching and development aligned with training strategies.
• Contribute to operational planning by evaluating shift-level performance and resource availability.
• Coordinate shift handovers and manage personnel schedules to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain areas according to 5S and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
