Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (7pm–7am) at the Cincinnati, OH plant. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure production targets are met, maintain quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities include leading the production line on your shift, guiding and supporting operators, maintaining schedules, enforcing 5S, RCA and LEAN methodologies, and fostering a high-performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with substantial supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing safety and quality programs.
• Ability to work evenings on night shift.
• Strong prioritization and execution under competing requests.

Responsibilities

• Production line support – lead all activities on your assigned shift to achieve production goals, manage material changes, and maintain schedules.
• Direction and servant leadership – provide guidance and support to operators, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Safety first – maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with food safety and general safety standards.
• Continuous improvement – apply 5S, RCA, LEAN and other improvement methodologies to enhance process effectiveness.
