The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to coach and guide employees on procedures and safety practices. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Visual.

• Screen and select production staff.

• Train new hires on policies and procedures.
• Coach and discipline staff to follow policies.

• Create and adjust weekly production schedules.

• Monitor absenteeism and timekeeping.
