Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years in Manufacturing
• Strong leadership and training abilities
• Ability to enforce safety and GMP policies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift employees to meet safety, quality, production, and waste goals
• Ensure compliance with plant safety rules and lockout/tagout procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized production area per 6S standards
• Monitor and train employees on PPE usage and safety protocols
• Record production data and downtime; manage overtime per labor agreements
• Coordinate with HR on attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions
• Ensure machines are properly lubricated, adjusted, and operated
• Support production scheduling and meeting customer expectations
