Job summary

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift production team in Cary, NC. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality, and maintain rigorous safety protocols on a 5pm–5am schedule.

You will drive scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvements while building a capable, high-performing team through servant leadership and disciplined execution. This role emphasizes safety, cost awareness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work evenings on a night shift (5pm–5am).
• Proven track record of directing teams, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift production team to achieve daily targets and manage material changes and schedules.
• Provide direction and support to operators, practicing servant leadership.
• Uphold safety and food safety standards as a core value of daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, RCA, LEAN) to optimize processes.
