Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Front Royal, VA wafer & cracker plant. You’ll lead production lines, ensure safety, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement on a 3-shift or nights schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools.
• SAP ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and motivation to team members.
• Ensure safe work conditions for team members.
• Coach to improve team performance and development.
• Oversee quality production of line’s scheduled run.
• Train team members on procedures and GMP.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with other team leaders.
• Interface with support departments and report key metrics.
• Monitor attendance and production on the floor as needed.
