Accounting Search in Olyphant, PA is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for the night shift to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and the timely achievement of production goals, while maintaining a clean and compliant work area. You will lead a team, assign tasks, monitor performance, coordinate training, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication across all levels, and a solid grasp of GMP and 5S

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing and supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience training and developing staff.
• Excellent communication at all levels and safety compliance knowledge.
• Knowledge of GMP and 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficient with production equipment operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team; manage assignments, performance, and absences.
• Oversee production line activities, ensure quality and timely goals.
• Monitor KPIs to meet shift quality and delivery.
• Facilitate employee training and development.
• Ensure continuous quality monitoring and corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve production issues; promote improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews; provide feedback.
• Encourage high-performance culture via coaching.
• Contribute to operational planning; evaluate shift performance.
• Coordinate handovers and schedules.
• Ensure GMP compliance and 5S/CI.
