The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong skills in Excel and Outlook. This role emphasizes integrity, customer focus, innovation, and collaboration.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading & managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost standards while reducing waste.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Word/PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise activities of a production team and shift/department.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate production flow to meet goals.
• Train and evaluate team on safety, quality, and SOPs.
