Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing is seeking Lead production personnel for the Night Shift (6 PM–6 AM) in Cold Spring, MN. This full-time role supports the Bottle Shop Production Manager and Supervisors, training new employees and ensuring processes meet productivity and quality standards.

You will monitor shift activities, train staff, minimize changeovers, and verify product specifications. The job requires mechanical aptitude, meticulous record-keeping, and adherence to GMP practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background and troubleshooting ability.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitors activities in area of responsibility during shift.
• Trains and leads, communicates with co-workers.
• Minimize changeover time and ensure product specs are met.
• Assist managers with documentation and area records.
• Perform tests on product and processes.
• Maintain inventory records and notify warehouse when low.
