Cold Spring Brewing is seeking Lead production personnel for the Night Shift (6 PM–6 AM) in Cold Spring, MN. This full-time role supports the Bottle Shop Production Manager and Supervisors, training new employees and ensuring processes meet productivity and quality standards.
You will monitor shift activities, train staff, minimize changeovers, and verify product specifications. The job requires mechanical aptitude, meticulous record-keeping, and adherence to GMP practices.

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (work 15 days a month!)

These Lead positions are responsible to assist Bottle Shop Production Manager and Production Supervisors in training new employees in these areas along with ensuring plant processes in their assigned area is being met to help exceed customer expectations and continue to meet productivity goals.

This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Employees will experience varying physical demands throughout the day, including standing for extended periods, walking on occasionally slippery floors, and handling equipment or materials.
Due to the nature of the facility, temperatures may fluctuate based on outside weather conditions including heat and cold.
The work environment can be loud, and hearing protection (ear plugs) is required. Additionally, to ensure safety and hygiene, employees must wear hairnets and refrain from wearing jewelry while on the production floor.
