Job summary

Cold Spring Brewing in Cold Spring, MN, is hiring a Full Time Night Shift Warehouse Associate to lead forklift operations and oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and products. The role includes coordinating FEFO inventory and ensuring accurate records while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will work with production on shift coverage, drive process improvements, and uphold GMP guidelines, food safety and quality practices in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Ability to work within warehouse management system and scanning equipment.
• 3+ years Warehouse/Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead forklift operators in receiving, storage and distribution of supplies, products and raw materials.
• Coordinate and optimize FEFO inventory system to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor inbound/outbound loads and adjust staffing for timely handling.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate workload across shifts.
• Develop SOPs to standardize forklift operations and improve efficiency.
