Cold Spring Brewing is hiring for a Full Time Night Shift production role in Cold Spring, MN. The position focuses on operating the Filler Area, ensuring safe and efficient production, and maintaining equipment and processes.

The role requires a strong mechanical background and English literacy, with experience in SAP or inventory systems preferred. Shift is 12 hours, 6pm–6am, with a 2-2-3 rotation and a $750 night shift bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret in English.
• Strong mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler machines safely and efficiently.
• Perform equipment maintenance checks and documentation hourly.
• Sanitize lines and assist in housekeeping as required.
• Ensure labels and lids are correct and report issues.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety standards.
